2005 Christmas Challenge
Main Goal: To get below 147 lbs (into "virgin" fat) before the weigh in before Christmas.
Plan
1. Eat 19-20 points a day
2. Drink 64 oz. water daily
3. Cardio - continue to challenge myself
4. Track everything
5. Keep calories low
6. Kickboxing 2 x per week
7. Weight Lifting 2 x per week
8. Attend WWs Meetings
