I'm Back

Dec 2 2005 

Just a quick note today. I weighed in on Tuesday and I staid the same. That kind of sucks! All that hard work! I have had a really busy week with the accounting course I had to go to on Wednesday and Thursday plus two hours a day driving! But I managed to make it to the gym afterwards for a work out. Today I am exhausted though and I feel like I am coming down with a cold. I am contemplating not going to the gym tonight or just going for 45 minutes of cardio, which is what I will likely do! My points have been good all week. Last night I ate a few flex, but nothing big, just 3.

Well I am off to my in-laws for the last time before Christmas. We are going to a Tea and bake sale at the local church there tomorrow. My father in law loves to go every year and buy all sorts of homemade fudge! About 200 people make fudge and then they cut it all up and mix it all up and box it and sell it! Yum! Yikes! Also if you make a donation they serve you a nice little lunch of coffee, tea, sandwiches and desserts. Ahhh. Here goes my first weekend off Christmas temptation! I don't know how it will go though. My mood has been kind of off since I got TOM, so if there is going to be a munch fest it will be this weekend! Sometimes I just feel like not counting a single point for an entire weekend. I am always upset with myself in the end but it sure does get me motivated and back at this healthy eating thing come Monday!

I will take my own food though and try my best. I don't want to gain!

Anyways I better go, I have a million things to do!

Yuck!

Weigh in tonight. I am not sure how it will go. Yesterday I finished the day at 18 points and I did 34 minutes on the elliptical at level 12 and 5 minutes on the bike at level 11 random and then I did a boot camp class (normally cardio kickboxing, but the instructor likes to change it up once a month) which consists of 3 minutes of very high intensity cardio followed by 1 minute of squats or walking or something lower intensity. It was awesome!

TOM has made an appearance to and I feel awful! My mood goes back up but I feel awful! Yuck! That is how I feel Yuck! Need I say more!

I may not be on here for a few days, I am going to an accounting course for tomorrow and Thursday. So by the time I do the 8.5 hours of class and then hit the gym, have a shower and make supper, I probably will not have much time left and I would like to spend time with Trevor. I am such a busy little beaver but I always have time for my work outs!

I got my Christmas shopping started on the weekend. It was a lot of fun but the malls were insane! Ah Christmas shopping! At least I got started!

I finally bought myself some new pajamas! I really need new ones and I asked for some for Christmas but I need more than 1 pair! I bought Tweety Bird ones in a size medium! Up until this weekend I was wearing my old size 1X ones! Trevor said I look cute in them and so skinny. He is so sweet!

I have a million things to do, so I better go do them! I will post my weigh in results tomorrow but probably no journal entry.

Quick One

Nov 28 2005 

Hey, just a quick one again today. I have been really busy the last few days. Trevor and I had a great weekend! Saturday night we went to a friend's house for dinner and she made amazing pot roast with the potatoes and carrots cooked in with the roast! It was delish! But cost me about 10 flex points and then I ate a few more points later that night plus I had three more last night because we had turkey dinner at my mothers last night. So all and all I ate about 15 flex points. Which kind of sucks. Once again I am not expecting a loss this week. But at least I survived two dinners with out stuffing myself to the brim! I think that is an achievement all on its own! I am definitely a different person than I used to be! At the turkey dinner I let the stuffing and gravy go right on by me so that I could have some low fat Black Forest frozen yogurt for dessert! Yum! I think I will try and make today a low point day, to try and reverse some of the damage! Also I will go to the gym tonight and try and get in 45 minutes of cardio before kickboxing class!!
