Wowsers, what a busy day yesterday and Friday!
Friday we went to a birthday get together at my friend Megan's. Thanks Meg and Wilson for the great time and wonderful gifts!!! They had a sponge cake for me with apples on it! Perfect for my weight loss efforts!
Then Saturday we got up really early and headed to my in-laws, which live about 45 minutes from here. We staid there until about 9 pm and then we headed to a last minute Halloween party at Trevor's friends house. It was a 30 minutes drive to the party, so we staid until 1 am and then drove home, which took another 45 minutes!!! Wow that is a lot of traveling!!!
I was doing really well for eating until Saturday night when we got into those damn Halloween mini chocolate bars….. I ate like 4 or 5 of them and so then I had a few chips and a couple glasses of wine…… oooops!!!! I had fun though! I weighed myself at my in-laws last night…. 156 lbs…. ouch!!! That sucks. It looks like I won't be loosing any weight this week!! It may be a gain! Oh well it was my birthday!! I will go to the gym on Monday and have a good work out though! I won't be working out today though. We have a lot to do, including one last birthday celebration ant my moms.
I just feel hungry this weekend!! What else is new!!! Although I start taking my Prozac today….. I take it four times a month, right before TOM for PMS, so I don't kill people or cry myself to death for no apparent reason. So yes …. TOM is on its way. Which would explain my mood today and my constant need to eat!!! I hope today turns out to be a better food day than it looks like it will be!!!
Also, I am under a lot of stress right now…. Which I don't really want to discuss. I know it is not an excuse to eat but…….
Anyways I better get going, we have lots to do today…

Well it is Friday…. Woohooo!!!
I had an excellent time out last night with Trevor. We had dinner at East Side Mario's and then went and did a little bit of shopping with the money my mother in law gave me! I had an excellent dinner of Caesar salad, garlic bread, whipped butter, and hell's kitchen chicken, which is chicken, roasted potatoes and veggies in a very spicy black pepper corn tomato sauce….. Mmmmm it was delish!!! I did not eat it all though and I counted 10 regular points plus 20 flex points. This may mean no loss for this week, but I had an excellent time!!! I plan on having an OP weekend! We agreed that dinner would be my birthday gift, but my sneaky little husband bought me one of those cool new glade candles and a CD!!
I bought a size medium sweater at Old Navy with my birthday money. I real size medium, not a plus size medium!!! I feel very odd going into "Skinny" stores. I feel like the sales girls are looking at me thinking, Ugh what is the "fat" girl doing in here. This is very hard feeling to overcome! I feel so out of place. This is why I go to Old Navy, because they have big sizes to, so I am comfortable there, even though I don't need them, hence the medium sweater!! So, last night I got brave and went into one of the "I'm Skinny and Hot" stores … aka: Suzy Shier! I have walked by and admired all of the awesome clothes….. but this time I went in, looked around and left. I saw a allot of things I really liked, but I chickened out and left. Then later on I said "screw it" and I went back in and grabbed the stuff I was looking at and I tried them on!!!! I did not buy anything, because I am not quite ready for tight fitting, showing some skin clothes yet, but they fit!!! Sure they were all a size large, but they fit!!! I fit into "sexy" little numbers!!! I am sooo not comfortable in them, but they fit and I thought they looked pretty good!!! This is a huge NSV for me!!! I am well on my way to being comfortable in my own skin!!!
I am off to the gym today for an hour work out to make up for last night. Usually on Friday I do 45 minutes of cardio and 25-30 minutes of weights. But I will do at least 1 hour of cardio plus my weights… I know it is not much extra, but it still counts. I would do more, but I have to be at my friend Megan's for 8! I hope to get some more cardio in on Sunday, but I doubt it!!!
Anyways, I have a busy weekend ahead of me, but I will try and get on to the computer for an update on Sunday, if not I'll be back on Monday!
